The World Trade Centre (WTC) Chennai was awarded the 'Best Commercial Project of the Year' by FICCI – REISA 2023, held in Chennai.  Hon Minister for Housing & Urban Development Thiru. S. Muthusamy, Govt. of Tamil Nadu handed over the award to Mr. Hrishikesh Nair, President-WTC Chennai. Dr. GSK Velu, Chairman, FICCI Tamil Nadu State Council and Mr. S. Sivagurunathan, President-CREDAI Chennai Chapter also presided over the function. The FICCI-REISA is a prestigious Award for Infrastructure Developers in India. FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) is the apex body to promote trade and commerce in India. They had organized this REISA (Real Estate Infrastructure Summit & Awards)  in partnership with CREDAI Chennai Chapter, and ANAROCK as the ''Knowledge Partner'' WTC twin towers are today an iconic landmark in Chennai. We consider this Award as a significant recognition for our contribution to the Commercial / IT Infrastructure to the state and a testament to the potential to contribute to the growth of the city.
